| - Eh....Guy Fieri can keep it. The good: strawberry preserves are amazingly good, sourdough toast thick and well-buttered, good coffee with real cream, and hash browns fried in butter. The wait wasn't too terrible for a Sunday morning after church. My daughter's pancakes were fluffy and good. Now for the not so great: burned bacon, burned hash browns, dry overcooked pork chops, and my scramble was watery because they didn't saute the jalapeƱos first to get the water out of them. When I'm paying $100 (including tip) for breakfast for 6 people, I expect a higher level of cooking skill than I can achieve in my own kitchen. We weren't coming back anyway, but the noise level added to everything else guarantees it. They are very big on fresh, local, and cruelty free ingredient sourcing, which is fine, but I think you pay for that gimmick much more than the cooking skill.
