I purchased a $20 coupon from Yelp and then made an appointment for the same day. I showed them the coupon when I entered & then had a GREAT massage (sorry, I didn't get the gentlemans name), but he kept trying to upsell me different add-ons. When it came time to pay, I presented my coupon and the man seemed angry. He said he gave me a better massage then the coupon called for and demanded that I pay the $18 difference between my coupon and the regular $38 cost of the massage. I didn't have enough cash on me since I wasn't extecting to pay extra, so I presented a credit card which also seemed to make him angry. He kept insisting I pay cash & then eventually accepted my credit card. I have him a hefty tip because the actual massage was wonderful, but I dont think I'll be back because of the way I was treated. They really shouldn't offer the Yelp coupons if they're not willing to honor them : (
