  • Terrible experience shopping for new glasses. No one knows what they're talking about and I was told I could pay for my new glasses over the phone and couldn't. I was made to feel like it was my fault for not knowing I couldn't do that and the guy who told me is in a China right now. Since it's the end of the year that's the difference between me getting my glasses this year or not.
