  • I've been trying to cancel my membership for 4 mos. Each time I call, I'm either told that someone will call me back which has happened once but then she didn't follow up on what she said or I get told a different story each time. I decided this place wasn't for me due to location and because of the fiasco involving the owner and manager of the place. I keep getting told story after story of what I needed to do to cancel and each time, I do it, I'm told it wasn't enough. Don't go here if you expect to cancel. It won't happen.
