  • I utilized A1A Roadside Assistance on 6/8/17 after getting a flat tire and not being near a service center after 7pm. Cesar was there in less than 25 minutes that he quotes on the phone. His excellent service began on the phone with one of his first questions being, "Are you in a safe place young lady?" Upon arrival he was friendly and quick to fix my flat. Not only did he plug the tire and refill with air, but he also checked the spare in my trunk (which I've never used) and filled it with air at no extra charge as it was also flat. As I'm not originally from Charlotte and don't have a local garage I use regularly for such things, this is a great service I'll use again if ever needed.
