  • LOVE this place! We just moved to Phoenix and have been searching for a great Thai restaurant that might compare to our beloved Saps Fine Thai in Texas. We've tried a few that were a major let down. A friend recommended Thai Basil to us so we decided to try it. We went on a Sunday at 3:00 so we were the only people in there, but the service was great and the food was DELICIOUS and spicy, which is what seems to be lacking from the other places we've tried. Highly recommend!
