  • If this is going to survive as a Portillos they really need to get their operations in order. I have been to a lot of portillos. It's probably my favorite restaurant. This one has NO sense of urgency in their employees. I went inside to eat and through the drive thru to get something to take home. Both were the Longest waits I have ever experienced at any one of these locations. It should not take 30 min to go through your drive through. Ridiculous.
