  • Referred to Cool Blew through my warranty company. Dan, the technician, diagnosed that the blower motor burned out so I had no air conditioning in AZ He had the repair authorized, ordered the blower motor and returned and installed it promptly within a day as it was in stock. He was extremely professional, thoughtful and courteous and provided an explanation about the install. Dan is a skilled professional. He cleaned any dust and left the air conditioner working great. Additionally, I called in the problem on a Saturday and the office (Heather) called me on Sunday to set an appointment. Great customer service. She also was courteous and professional. Cool Blew is as good as it gets. I highly recommend this company.
