  • Love Urban Wax! The receptionist and the aestheticians are always so friendly and professional. When I first came to Urban Wax, 2 years ago, Jessica was going to be my go to girl. She was quiet but her skills were over the top amazing. I hardly felt any pain around my hoo ha for my very first time. She was very reassuring though. Letting me know to prepare for parts that were more sensitive than others. It was all over within 15 minutes. This is my 3rd time, and each aestheticians were different, but all amazing. I had Glenda this time and she was the sweetest. Very personable and kept your mind off of the torturous event! The facility is overall, VERY CLEAN. They use new sticks every time they dip, NOTHING is reused. They have different types of wax. My favorite is the hard wax :) Appointment was easy. I called and after 2-3 rings, someone answered. They have all sorts of neat products there too. Will highly recommend this place and will be returning again. :)
