  • The only great thing about this place is the ambience and atmosphere. Coffee is average, staff are rude and appear displeased and unhappy to work there, at least that's what they radiate to the customers. Just because the place is always full, doesn't mean they shouldn't appreciate customers! Isn't that business 101?! Occasionally they have a live DJ which lightens up the place and adds a nice East coast flavor to it. Pastries are good and of satisfactory variety, but they keep them out in the open and I have seen fly on them frequently. I advised the staff and they simply ignored and said nothing they could do about it and I shouldn't order if I have a problem with it! Wow! I liked them more when they were in the next door lot and were much smaller.....it seemed they appreciated customers' business more and valued customer service more. My friends and coworkers have the same opinion, btw.
