rev:text	Don't EVER GO TO THIS OFFICE! The front office manager "Kami with a K" will never let you speak. We patients know NOTHING. Although, You are expected to know the procedure codes for billing because they will tell you they check out of "courtesy" but when they "checked your benefits and there is no copay/? insurance. However when they are completely wrong and your charged close to $500 more than expected , don't expect her to care. In fact she will tell you all Dr Heiland says is "COLLECT" because as she said, he IS standing in the room and heard our conversation. SOO you mean to tell me, while she talked over me, tried to one up me, belittle me and was extremely temperamental he was right there!!! And he allowed it! And while I was asking which charges she was speaking of she said come on why are we going in circles I already said I would take $62 off! ! I couldn't believe that Dr H was there for this so I said if he is there I wanted to speak with him now, she says "ohhhh noooo he NEVER talks with patients about billing, that's my job!" Clearly that is NOT what I wanted to talk to him about. But if that is true and he was there and approved of her behavior I am thankful I did not give this office a second chance! Unbelievable disrespect, and unprofessional office staff. UPDATE: Literally right after this call my account went into collections. Services were billed to me 2 months after my appointment and then went to collections right after this call to arrange payments and speak with the Dr. The Dr NEVER CALLED ME BACK either. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a provider. Good luck if you EVER go to this office. Pay attention at how the Dr literally sits across the room and never gets close. He has his nose up his ass. And no respect for others.
