  • Love the location in Scottsdale, close to everything (i.e. Restaurants, bars, SF Giants Stadium, stores, mall and Old Town Scottsdale). They provide continental breakfast (i.e. Coffee, juice, pastries, cereal, yogurt and fresh fruit). Pool is heated to a very comfortable temperature to swim in but closes at 10 pm. It's quiet and has friendly hotel service. If you have any issues about your room let them know and they'll take care of it right away. Thomas or another employee will take care of it to your satisfaction. My main complaints are the cleaning of our room. The bathroom seems to never get cleaned fully. During our stay there, which was a week during spring training in March. Our bathroom was gross. They never cleaned the toilet, shower, nor moped the the floors at all. Imagine what it must have looked like with three guys staying there. The carpet was never ed vacuumed and seriously needed to be shampooed. Our feet would become grossly "Black" after walking around the room while you're getting dressed. The bottom line is they should clean the bathrooms throughly and shampoo the carpets at least twice a year. Finally, us and many other people we saw during our stay, enjoyed taking photos on their "GIANT" Ho Jo orange chair. It's large enough to fit 2 adults, side by side.
