  • Consider me impressed. Everyone knows that my little Riley is my life so I took a lot of care researching the best groomers for her. This company had a very high rating but more importantly I noticed that they responded to negative reviews with a positive attitude and appeared to genuinely care to make things right. I appreciate that in a company. I scheduled an appointment and then completely overslept and missed the time. I called them and they were super gracious and told me to bring her anyway. When I arrived they were super friendly and answered all my questions. They took time and care to make sure they understood how I wanted her hair cut and to make sure that born of us were comfortable. I'm always nervous to leave my baby but I felt confident she was in good hands. They called when she was done and I picked her up. She was happy as a clam and liked adorable! Very happy with Family Paw.
