We bought a $1350 sectional sofa from Bad Boy. When it didn't fit in the door of our home, the delivery drivers (who were incredibly rude and in a huge rush to leave) dropped it in our sun room, forced us to sign the waiver saying it had been delivered unscratched, and then took off. We went back to the store to see if they would allow us to return it or exchange it for another unit and the staff and management refused, basically telling us that once the delivery drivers leave, the problem is ours. They refused to discuss further. The sectional remains sitting in our sun room, in packaging. We are unable to use it and are now stuck trying to sell it on Kijiji for much less than we paid for it. This level of customer service is despicable.
