  • As a Japanese ramen fanatic, I'd have to say I was pretty disappointed with their tsukemen. Broth wasn't thick and flavorful... If you cook and reduce the broth with the bones you would get more flavor, but it seems like they've just added more salt.. The noodles were broken and too hard. Tsukemen noodles should be soft, chewy and long. With the thickness of the broth and the texture of the noodles, the broth should really stick unto the noodle when consuming. If you're ever in LA, go to Tsujita Annex and you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. Just go with the miso ramen at this spot.. Or just go to LA.. Haha Not one star because their Asahi was super refreshing :)
