  • I find it very frustrating that although this location closes at 10pm, the person we needed was not available to help us because he was leaving in 10 minutes (9pm) and he was already in trouble for OT. I understand; however, we were ready to make a sale. As a person in the customer service industry, I stay to help a customer regardless of what time I have to leave.
