  • Only giving the place two stars. It wasn't a bad experience but it wasn't a good one. Rent was decent even though they changed it after my first month of a 6 month lease. The company who was originally managing the apts sold it, and I was the first new tenant of the new and current company. The apt was never too bad. Never saw or heard any strange noises. If I absolutely couldn't find a place I would go here just cause I know what I would be like rather than what it wouldn't be like at a different apt complex. The final move out costs are why I'm hesitant to give two or less stars on the rating. I feel like since I didn't renew contract they are trying to suck out some more money from me.
