| - I purchased a groupon for this place for what they call a "full set of 80-100 lashes". When I called, nobody ever, ever answers the phone. Then I received a call back later that day from a phone number that was not local to ask me why I called. So I made an appointment and went in on the next Friday. I had to bring my 5 year old daughter with me, and the girls were very nice to her and helped her stay comfortable. The lash artist, Jamilla, was very nice and gentle. However, I'm giving only three stars because of how long the lashes actually lasted, and because of their setup in the business. I've had lashes done for two years now, and the places I've been to have comfy recliners and blankets. I've fallen asleep sometimes. At lashes on Broadway, be prepared to lay on a flat, barely padded massage table with no pillow for an hour and a half. My back and head hurt so much when I left, I couldn't believe it. My lashes usually last me 4-5 weeks without a fill, but I've had them now for 2.5 weeks, and there are literally 5 lashes total left. They didn't come out great in the first place, they actually looked kind of natural even though I asked for them to be very dramatic. Save your money and your back and go elsewhere.
