  • After reading these other reviews, I am extremely surprised that my opinion of this mattress firm would be so low (although the other reviews are a few years old). Each time I have interacted with associates at this store, they lack professionalism in such a way that I will never purchase from a Mattress Firm. Maybe they're in a transition period and have lots of people who lack training, but they couldn't even give me a model number for a mattress that I was calling about without me having to tell them where on the law tag it could be found and what the number looks like... even though the tag clearly states , "Model #:" When I went into the store in person, the salesperson didn't take time to listen to what I was looking for, but instead made a snarky comment to which I had to reply, "you didn't let me finish my story--if you had, you would know why I am here." My experience with this location (and Mattress Firm in general) is that they don't know their product and they most definitely don't understand basic customer service. Spend your money elsewhere!
