  • DO NOT SIGN LEASE HERE!!!!!! I can't wait until my lease up! The place is DIRTY . The laundry area, the pool, everything! The pool is open about 1/4 of the year, which does NOT make sense at all? They make up different excuses every weekend, yet somehow I've never seen a single maintenance guy working on the pool ever? The management staff is nice, but does not really give two shits about your wants or needs. They are just there to do a job. The area is SKETCH. Police on property all the time, LOUD vehicles all hours of the night!! It is cheap - which I guess explains the people living here. There are plenty of other places that you can rent for around the same price with EXTREMELY better care! STAY AWAY
