They're okay. They work harder than most mall stores that try to fit into the neighbourhood. The clothes are alright for the money - the commuter line is good if you ride a bike but can't pull off jeans at work. I've bought stuff there and now that I know it fits, ordered stuff online. So far so good with the quality of the clothes, but it's just been a few weeks.
Staff are typical retail clothing store staff, but they wear a lot of black and probably genuinely like the 'hood, unlike some in chain stores in the area with staff who seem to resent being put on the street, rather than the safety of a mall. Basically this is an urbanish, slightly upscale Gap with coffee and no kids clothes.
