| - Had takeout from this place. Prices are low and their portions are large. You get what you pay for in terms of quality, but if hole-in-the-wall Chinese food that will fill you up at dinner, knock you out, and leave you ravenous in the morning is your kind of thing.. I'd suggest this place.
Wonton soup wasn't very good, which was a disappointment, although the small is a huge cup for$1.85. Lots of veggies, but the broth was just salty without any other flavors going on.
Would recommend the house fried rice. It has chicken, pork rib, shrimp, and beef. I mixed it up with the Happy Family (also a mixture of these things plus tons of veggies like baby corn, carrots, broccoli, water chestnuts, bean sprouts) and honestly felt like I didn't have nearly enough rice, there was so many meat chunks left by the time I was full. We also got an entree size order of Sweet & Sour pork, only 6 bucks. I think the house fried rice & happy family were the most expensive things on the menu at around 9 bucks each.
It's not often I get a craving for cheap Chinese food, but I would probably come back here next time I do.
