| - I have been a customer of La Parrilla Suiza for over 20 years. I absolutely LOVE this place. However, this location was not good AT ALL! First, they lacked in customer service. The waiter did not introduce himself and sat us a dirty table. When I asked for a towel to wipe down the booth, he caught attitude and did it for me. You sit at a dirty table then?!?! Secondly, my sister wanted to order a ground beef Chimi. We were told they do not offer a Chimi in ground beef, but they do have ground beef tacos. Later when I spoke with the Manager, he tried explaining that they only make a certain amount of ground beef that they reserve for tacos only. That was my sign that our food was not fresh. When she took a bite, I could see the disgust all over her face. She immediately stated that the ground beef tasted old. As for my order, I ALWAYS get the table grill with sliced steak, 2 cheese quesadillas, cheese bell pepper and Chorizo. First, the Chorizo immediately looked dried out. I'm born and raised in Arizona, I know what freshly cooked Chorizo looks like and that wasn't it. Lastly, how do you bring out a hot table grill, but the sliced steak is cold to the touch. I was not only shocked, but pissed and disappointed at this time because I was really craving my favorite dish and it was not up to my liking. The waiter had the nerve to smile because I was unhappy about the look of my food. I didn't see NOTHING funny at all. They offered to take it back (I figured to put it back on the grill or in the microwave), but I was not initially excited about getting food not freshly prepared for me. Would you pay $18 for a skillet that comes out cold and old? I THINK NOT! Neither will I. I will drive all the way to Tucson and visit La Parilla Suiza there before I ever come back to this location. You ought to be ashamed at yourselves.
