  • Very impressed with the entire transaction. Scheduling was a breeze and she was very courteous. Vance did a fantastic job explaining my options and I didn't feel pressured to pay for a service I truly didn't need at this time. It's nice dealing with a company where the techs are dressed professionally and they actually have social skills. I appreciated the follow up phone call and will definitely use Chem Dry next time!
