  • Moved to Phoenix and saw scorpions in our new house. After reading a bunch of Yelp reviews decided to try Responsible and never looked back. They came out monthly and really knocked the scorpions back. A couple of times we got them in the house again, it was always when it monsoon rained right after they had sprayed. But each time it happened, I phoned them and they came right back out, no extra charge. My boyfriend bought a blacklight flashlight and we would go outside at night and after a couple of months, could hardly find one. When we first moved in we would find 10 every time we went looking for them, all over the outside walls of the house. We're in the process of moving so I stopped service when I was going through all the utilities and all that. Well in skipping just one service, we got another scorpion in the house, so I'm asking them to come out again and regret shutting it off so soon! But if you stick with their monthly service, you will see a huge improvement! Just keep it going.
