Every Time we go to this store you have to BEG to get help in the reloading section - specially with the gun powder. Powder is no longer available on the shelf. They have white pages with the SKU # and a store abbreviated description which is like reading a code and is of little help to joe public. When you ask for help you are referred to the paper.... When you tell the worker you need help with figuring out what the paper is saying SURPRISE he couldn't figure it out! But has the audacity to tell you what they have is on there.... Really??? You ask him to look in the back to "see" what they have (because it is hidden and REQUIRES store help) and he reluctantly brings out 2 jars. When he was asked how much we rec'd the helpful "I don't know" and a shoulder shrug. He finally states "I guess I can scan it" really you guess???? We have shopped this store for many years and recently have gotten into reloading. This is the second consecutive time this had happened. Thankfully the first time a lady heard this and saw our frustration.... That's how we learned that there are many items in the back not listed on the white sheets with stupid codes that ONLY a store worker would know. The incredibly lazy worker's name was Drew....maybe this stores manager doesn't want to sell any powder? At least put what you do have in a cabinet so joe public could see what is available and wouldn't need to bother Drew or his co-workers. Of course if you want to sell any of it... Joe public will still require assistance. Not a pleasant experience!!!!!!
