  • I would say they are unethical at the very least. After calling Monica my wife was instructed to do an online application on a home that had already been rented. She told us our $40 would be refunded. Yes I know it's only $40 but don't have someone do an application when there is no chance of renting the home. Monica tells us we will get refunded. Two weeks later I call and she tells me all refunds are sent in 7-10 days.....well in my book 2 weeks is still 14 days! What scam artists, what a total joke of a company. To piss me off over $40 bucks has me giving them the worst review I can think of.
