  • Kelly Barron in the last week I was very disappointed in Banfield's customer service for my dog's teeth cleaning. We pay over $40/month for pet insurance which includes a free dental cleaning. I made an appointment a month ago, but when I brought my dog in for his cleaning (after taking the morning off of work), they told me they had no record of his appointment and that I would have to wait a month for another appointment. I asked to speak with a manager and I am still awaiting the call. Because of their poor customer service, I would definitely not recommend either their health insurance or working with this particular Banfield location.
