I'm writing this review on June 24th, 2017. I never write poor reviews for companies but I feel obligated to share my horrific experience with Oneguard. We put our 1st claim into Oneguard for an AC unit that isn't working normally on 4/24/17. The AC would work for 1-2 days then shut down for a while - sometimes overnight. They have sent out the same AC company 3 times. The 1st two times, they were unable to diagnose the problem. The 3rd time, they sent a "senior technician" who finally figured out the problem (6/20 - yes almost 2 months dealing with this) but now Oneguard "can't get in touch with the technician". So we have been waiting 4 days in 95+ degrees temps in Arizona with an infant in the house while we wait indefinitely for Oneguard to talk to the technician. I can't begin to describe how disappointed we are with Oneguard. I just want an AC unit that works normally and we feel very ignored.
Update 6/29. We spent 5 days without AC waiting for Oneguard to approve America's Pride Heating and Cooling to fix the broken valve. It is fixed and seems to be working. I was asked to update my Yelp review, so I suppose I'll increase it to 2 stars since we did eventually get the AC fixed. It's just sad that it takes a negative Yelp review to be taken seriously.
