NEVER EVER take your vehicle here! The tow truck driver pressured me into taking it to a AAA Service Center (the %20 labor discount does NOT justify charging approximately 150%-300% more than a good shop does for everything else). Also, way to ruin your brand AAA by having your tow truck drivers (usually the epitome of customer service) push your crappy service centers (I'm assuming in return for monetary compensation judging from this specific drivers reaction).
They lost or mistranscribed my phone number so I waited several days for a call with the diagnosis and eventually had to call in instead (same day my ass!!). They "fixed" the oil leak, although it never stopped leaking. Also, after "fixing" the leak they never even changed the oil?!?! I don't really swear, BUT WHO THE FUCK FIXES AN OIL LEAK AND DOESN'T CHANGE THE OIL?!?!?! It was almost bone dry...
When I took it back in they told me there were TWO different oil leaks that need repaired this time. I couldn't afford the repair so I brought the car home to sit on the driveway until I had cash. My hood started wobbling on the way home and I realized that the rod that holds it up was sitting completely unsecured (broken off?) under the hood and that the hood itself was not properly latched.
After taking it to a second shop for a diagnosis they informed me that neither of the locations that AAA claimed were leaking had any issues. The new shop found the correct oil leak (that I'm assuming AAA missed the first time around, God knows if AAA's original repair I paid for needed to be done at all). The new mechanic (who I now refer EVERYONE to) told me that the AAA mechanic most likely was not very thorough at best, or completely haphazard (most likely considering my hood wasn't even latched when I picked it up) because a few items needed to be removed to see the actual leak. I saw with my own eyes where the oil leak actually was (that AAA did NOT find) and the non-leaking parts that AAA said need to be replaced (at 2.5 times the amount every other shop quoted when I called for quotes) while the car was running.
I'm so glad I did not have them "repair" the vehicle again since I KNOW they would not have refunded my money for the 2nd and 3rd "leak repairs" once taking it back in and instead would tell me that the car had a total of 4 separate leaks. It's a bad sign when you have to take your vehicle into a shop and they keep finding new oils leaks to repair even when they never fixed the problem originally.
Needless to say, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
At best these guys are expensive and incompetent. At worst they are liars and thieves.
