  • I am addressing the use of their pre paid visa/master cards. They don't tell you that the money you put ARE NOT ABLE TO BE USED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR PERMANENT CARD. This almost caused a nightmare in a long distance more had it not been for our son fronting the money. Never use them!!!!!!
