  • Called a few days before for pricing, was told it would be $90-$110 and that they do not set appointments, so it is on a first come first serve basis. No problem. I arrive a few days later when they open up at 9am to drop off my car. I go in a speak to one of the employees. I tell them what i need and i am told that it will be $125. Its more than originally quoted, but i say ok and move forward. I let them know i get off of work at 3pm and need it done by then, they say perfect and that should be no problem and they will call me if it is. Also note that there was only maybe 2 other customers there when i arrive. By around noon i called them to just check up on the status and they say that they are bringing my car around to be started on shortly and it should be done right about the time i get off work. I think ok, great! Well come about 2:30pm i am trying to plan my ride back to pick up my car so i call them ahead to make sure its ready to go, and guess what they tell me.... They haven't even started it! No one called me or my boyfriend to let us know (as i specifically asked them to do so if there were any issues). So end result is that i said don't bother starting it now, because i need my car so i can get home from work. i think having a vehicle for 6 hours is plenty of time to get the job done. very disappointed.
