  • When I call ahead of time to make sure they can help me, I am assured that they can ,then I show up I'm told to go to another location that I must have called the wrong number. call same number again talk to same person still denies ever talking to me. I was sitting in car watched him answer phone 2nd time. When I asked to speak to a manager I am told they have no manager at that location..
