  • Wow. 0 stars is what this deserves. I am speechless right now. I called this company yesterday to ask about prices for cleaning my carpets. I told the lady over the phone it was for my living room, dining room, and 2 bedrooms. She informed me that they had a special going on which was $59 for 4 rooms. I told her that was perfect and booked an appointment for the next day (today) at 4 pm. They call me today at 12:30 asking if I could possibly do earlier because they had a cancellation. I told them I wouldn't be home until 4 so that was the easiest time for me. She continued to press me about it and I told her that I have a roommate who might possibly be home but I'd like to be there when they're cleaning my carpets. She asked me if I could call my roommate to see when she'd be home. Really?! No. I booked an appointment for a specific time because I'm not just sitting around all day doing nothing. I showed up to my house at 3:59 exactly and he's already upstairs, set up and cleaning. I'm already irritated but whatever, he's here. I go to my bedroom to get changed and a minute later he knocks on my door. So I open my door and he asked me how I was going to pay. At this point he had only down about a 2 foot area. I told him debit card. He then says "okay, it's going to be $307". I told him that I was told it was only $59. He said that it needs deep cleaning and they have product fees. I was NEVER told anything about that. I was told $59 for 4 rooms and THAT'S IT. I told him that I don't have that money so he can just go. He calls his manager who I guess said to give me a discount and do it for $150. At this point, it's not so much about the pricing as it is about the lies. I told him that he can clean the 4 rooms for $59 or 0 rooms for $0. His manager THEN tells him to charge me a traveling fee. I told them I wasn't paying anything. He didn't even soak up the water on the 2 foot area that he did do so I'm sitting here with towels because my carpet is SOAKING and I don't want it getting moldy. When you show up at somebody's place to do a service for one price but then expect another when you get there is completely unprofessional, dirty, and extremely disrespectful. I will make sure to tell every person I know to never use such a terrible and lying company.
