  • I went here for the first time a few days ago. Went it, told the guy at the door that I had never been to the store and a friend of mine recommended it. No warm welcome, no explanation of the process or the store layout. He looked at me, told me I had to put the books down that I had brought in, and that he was going through some else's books first and I would have to wait. Never checked with me if I had any questions or if I needed any assistance. Told me, "Store credit only, no cash." and that was about it. The girl at the cash was pleasant, but based on the non-welcome from the other guy.. not what I had been expecting. Lots of books, quite a range of selection, will try it again, but had expected better customer service.
