We were shocked when our sweet 7 year old Duffy took suddenly ill on Wednesday. He was vibrant and healthy when he mysteriously started to lose control of his back legs Our regular vet would not squeeze him in and we were recommended to take him here.
The saddest day of our marriage was a night mare as our Duffy became more paralyzed....
He was gently treated and the staff tenderly answered our questions. Within 10 minutes the vet saw him and came to explain his diagnosis.
We cried and wept. The entire staff was kind and compassionate. While at the same time being honest and forth coming with his needs and slim chance of recovery.
They gave us time to sit in our car and in the lobby while making sure our boy was not in pain.
We elected to usher him peacefully out of this world with dignity. The nurse cleaned him and wrapped him so we could have a three way hug as his heart stopped.
We love the memory of Our Duffy and will always love this staff for their immense sensitivity during our time of shock and immeasurable grief. Our heartfelt gratitude
