This hotel is really mediocre for the price, its a 1.5 to 2 star at best. I am in a room with a window that opens to a hallway, no joke. It's like some kind of architectural cut and paste mistake where they forgot to turn the room around and put the window on the outside and when they built it and figured it out they just moved the door next to the window. There's even a blank wall where the door should have been, its really ridiculous. On top of that, its not exactly what I would call clean. I mean, they clearly ran the sheets through a machine, but they are so old and thin that the tuffs from pilling are thicker than the sheet itself. Just not what I expect for $100+. The bathroom is also really old. The fixtures in the tub are rusty. The electric outlet by the desk doesn't work, so there's no working light or place to charge a laptop by the desk. The lounge doesn't serve food after 10. I could go on...
Don't stay here, go to one of the neighboring townships and you'll be in much better shape for the same price. Just 10 mins in either direction I now notice SpringHill Suites with open rooms and for only $15 more. My faith in Choice Hotels may be broken forever. Apparently Comfort Inn is now equal to a Motel 6, but for twice the money.
