  • Very pushy and always trying to sell something. First it was to buy the package b/c it was cheaper - one visit for A/C service is $99, two is $129. With other companies a visit is about $60 so they just upcharge the first visit and push the package for 2 to tie you in. They do good work, but be ready to say no and to pay more than other companies.
