| - I've had a Tag Heuer watch for 17 years, I've travelled the world with it, been through a lot, lost it at an airport, they found it and sent it back to me. it's been through a lot with me and always worked great and looks great to this day. Had the battery changed several times over the years and the Tag still works great. I take it for a recent battery change at this jeweler, price seemed reasonable and done in 1 hr. 7 days later the dial inside is rotated about 120 degrees. So I figured they must not have tightened something up. While it was upsetting to look at this, I figured I'd just bring it back to have it taken care of. wow, was I wrong. the person I spoke with who looked, a man maybe in his 50s with glasses told me it was my fault, that I must have dropped it and he will not fix it unless I pay for it!!! I've had this watch for 17 years and never saw this issue on it until they touched it. Then he was holding get my watch and didn't want to give it back to me, as if it was his property. Did I need to agree to pay to have it fixed for him to return it to me? I yelled at the guy to give it back and grabbed my property and left. obviously these people don't know how to handle Tags, and completely rude. I would feel terrible if my wife had to deal with this she almost took it back for me
