  • This is the WORST Dunkin Donuts to go to. Especially during the morning shift! This morning my boyfriend spent 10 minutes in line and they ended up messing up my order. I am allergic to cheese so he specifically stated NO CHEESE on my sandwich, which was also printed on my the receipt, well when I check my sandwich it had cheese on it. Since I'm pregnant, I have a low tolerance of people messing up my order. But even before my pregnancy this location is incompetent to getting orders rights. Like for instance, one morning I ordered an ice coffee with Whipped Cream and mind you it's like 7 in the morning, the worker told me they ran out of whipped cream. Are you serious!!!! No wonder Starbucks has so many residual customers because their customer service is far more superior, and they never get orders wrong! I don't understand why it takes the baristas and cooks so long at this location to prepare food and coffee that is already pre-prepped. The donuts are already made, and most of the food is cooked in the microwave! The need to do better or close this location!
