  • Rented an apartment @ Aurora Pointe. We kept excellent care of the property and never had any issues with the landlord. We were annoyed, however, that the property had cigarette butts littering the grass outside of our patio. Also, the property manager, Paula, never did anything about the neighbors who allowed their dog to use the grass as a toilet. The biggest issue occurred when we left the apartment. We paid for a professional cleaning service to come in and detail the apartment so that we would get our full deposit back. Paula attempted to essentially steal over half the deposit by claiming the apartment was in terrible condition. It was not. After threatening to take small claims action against Paula and Orosz, we received all of the deposit back minus $100. Still, that $100 was theft in our opinion as the apartment was immaculate. Advice for future renters of Orosz? They will attempt to take your security money, so either maintain an immaculate place, or don't work too hard to clean before you leave.
