  • I was supposed to see Dr. Yu here like I was schedule by my PCP but when I got there I was seen by Dr. Kim. I would like to say that it did bothered me but Dr. Kim was actually very polite and knew what he was doing. He did seem to be in a hurry though. The Staff is the reason why I am giving a poor rating also the way they handle appointments. The lady at the front with the Sharpied on eyebrows was unbelievably rude and had this air of entitlement to her. Defiantly NOT not qualified for her position. The way she presented herself too was just not that of office etiquette and not professional at all either. Now, I am going to say that I came in with my 20 month old tot and was greeted and taking care of just great by Jamie. I got no beef with Jamie, she was beyond awesome. Very patient, understanding and defiantly helpful. They probably just hired her. Who knows. Anyway, Sharpie face over here was very rude to me once I walk through the door. She made an @ss out of herself and ASSumed I was a teenager since she asked if I was accompanied by my parents or if I was in my parents insurance? I know I look very you for my age by can you get any more of an @ss? She also was giving me a hard time on the paperwork I was to fill out. Defiantly gave me attitude when I told her I thought that my PCP was going to sent it over from their office. Again, she is unprofessional and likes to assume and felt entitled to have an easy job. The way she asked was not specific and so I thought she meant my CAT scan, my referral and all that. All she said, "Did you bring your papers with you?" she did not elaborated on that just assumed I knew what she meant. Clearly I did not so I told her what I knew and she gave me attitude. Again, VERY unqualified for this position and unprofessional. I will recommend the office to just AT LEAST get a new Medical Office Administrator. This Sharpie Eyebrows is defiantly unqualified. Forgot to mention she asked for help from Jamie when she was collecting my payment. Again, unqualified.
