Depends who manages your HOA, no uniformity in customer service. I have a few properties in Las Vegas, and work in an industry that interacts with HOAs. Terra West is all over the board. At my house, the HOA "manager" (Cheryl) is arrogant, but at one of my other properties the "manager" (Tammy) is tough, but listens and acts. I have seen a decline in my current home's HOA enforcement, with regards to CC&Rs since Terra West took it over, where as my other property has become much better. I have caught Cheryl in multiple "untruths" not really lies, but just lack of knowledge. Their vendors are usually less than solid in their trades, I have found, and you really need to follow-up on almost anything you send to them. Maybe they can improve with some training and customer service basics.
