  • Horrible customer service, I am glad I will not be renting from here. My wife and I recently applied for a 2 bedroom apartment here and we did all that was asked of us, credit was fine, and we even got the letter from my wife's work verifying her employment, wage and hours. The cheesy ginger dude even talked to my wife's boss and she relayed to my wife that he said he needed nothing else and he was just calling to verify all the info which was correct by the way. Then he comes back to tell us that they need more from them and they can't provide, whatever,we found a great apartment, better staff, and getting right in too. Ad it's bigger and cheaper, country brook apartments. If your thinking of renting here don't, rent at Country Brook instead. All the staff at towne square seem fake and uppity a bit.
