  • I would never go back to this location! Staff were very rude and unfriendly especially that one receptionist who yelled at my 8 year old daughter for standing too close to one of their machines and blood samples. It's funny because SHE was the one who told her to stand in that specific spot while waiting for me and her brother! Was it really necessary to yell and give my daughter an attitude? You could've told her nicely to stand somewhere else and she would listen. If you have kids don't bring them here! They don't know how to deal with them. I took my 6 year old son for a blood test and of course he was scared and crying but these ladies didn't even bother comforting him! I could see the look on their faces... they seemed so annoyed that they had to deal with him. They need to learn customer service! Nastiest receptionist I've ever dealt with in my life.
