  • I WAS a returning patron.... Not certain if I will again. Women at the desk during check in was a bit gruff...not a pleasing personality...then again neither were MOST of the dealers in the casino! Go figure I find a pleasant, personable one on her last 10 min of her shift on our last day....Donna was the only pleasant dealer, the women Pit bosses were very nice one guy Pit boss seemed very crabby like it was a bother to him to work. Sort of like Len a dealer in the casino....the personality of a dead fish! Hey if you are going to take my money talk to me crack a joke make me laugh. Don't just stand there stone face, expressionless. My b/f and enjoyed playing BJ Switch and this was the only casino on Freemont that had it.....good thing Casino Royle and MGM did too.....MUCH FRIENDLIER dealers! Will think twice before staying here again.
