I was not even a customer for 1 month. I had 4 vehicles insured and my new home insured, so I thought. I was told that they sent me a mailing on June 29th that I was short $21 from my title company payment. On July 17th they dropped my home insurance without even making me aware of the shortage by a simple phone call! I only came to learn about me being dropped when I contacted them about a claim. I have since canceled both my auto and home insurance through Geico and would seriously never recommend them in good conscience. They are not a customer service oriented company in my opinion, but they do have funny commercials, I guess it depends what you're looking for.
