  • Incredible owner and staff. I was blown away by their knowledge and customer service. I told the owner about an abandoned puppy that my husband and I found and how we are waiting to sign papers for his adoption, and she spoke to me about the best food to give him, spoke to me regarding grooming services her company offers, and even gave me a heart-shaped cookie to give him. I took the cookie to him about an hour later and he was so happy. I appreciate her and her staffs support, kind words, concern, and customer service. Truly an amazing store/company. If you have never been here or to the new Oshawa Shopping Centre location you need to go. Best store for your best friend(s). I look forward to my next visit. Truly incredible.
