Just landed in Phoenix and was so ready for a good meal. This turned out to be a never fail spot that had atmosphere, a somewhat brusque, authentic waiter, and great pizza! We were seated in the small room to the left as you come in and there was a big noisy party next to us which made it difficult to have a conversation without shouting (a turnoff), but made for a lively, happening atmosphere. The grape tomatoes on the house salad were so sweet and fresh tasting that even my tomato-hating son urged me to try them. The 3 Bruschetta had even more tomatoes, as well as a bean mixture that was tasty, and prosciutto for the third. The pizza crust was crispy, just like I prefer it, and the sauce with just enough spice to give it a little bite. There is outdoor seating which seems like a lovely idea on a cooler evening.
