  • I stopped there on a whim while shopping downtown when it had only just opened. As far as my own experience goes I was satisfied with how my eyebrows turned out. However, I found the customer service lacking. The lady working there didn't listen to my personal opinion and did a quicker but not necessarily better job than any other place I've ever been to. I'd also like to note that a friend of mine ended up with bleeding cuts on her eyebrows after getting her eyebrows done which had never happened to her before. Sensitive skin beware. 2/5 Go elsewhere if you can.
